RoomAI'ye hosgeldiniz. Bu Kullanim Kosullari ("Kosullar"), RoomAI ("biz", "bize" veya "bizim") tarafindan isletilen RoomAI mobil uygulamasi ve web sitesinin (topluca "Hizmet") kullaniminizi duzenler. Hizmete eriserek veya kullanarak bu Kosullara bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsaniz, Hizmeti kullanmayin.

1. Kosullarin Kabulu

Bir hesap olusturarak, uygulamayi indirerek veya Hizmetin herhangi bir bolumunu kullanarak, bu Kosullari ve Gizlilik Politikamizi okudugunuzu, anladiginizi ve bunlara bagli olmayi kabul ettiginizi onaylarsiniz. 1.1 Uygunluk

Hizmeti kullanmak icin en az 13 yasinda olmaniz gerekmektedir. 18 yasindan kucukseniz, ebeveyn veya yasal vasinizin bu Kosullari sizin adiniza inceledigini ve kabul ettigini beyan edersiniz. Hizmeti kullanarak, bu uygunluk gereksinimlerini karsiladiginizi beyan ve garanti edersiniz.

1.2 Kosullardaki Degisiklikler

2. Hesap Kaydi ve Guvenlik

RoomAI'yi kullanmak icin Apple ile Giris veya Google ile Giris kullanarak bir hesap olusturmaniz gerekmektedir. Hesabinizin guvenligini saglamaktan siz sorumlusunuz.

2.1 Hesap Kimlik Bilgileri

Hesabiniz altinda gerceklesen tum faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesap kimlik bilgilerinizi paylasmamali veya baskalarina hesabiniza erisim izni vermemelisiniz. Yetkisiz erisimden suphelenirseniz bizi hemen bilgilendirin.

2.2 Hesap Dogrulugu

Kayit sirasinda dogru, guncel ve eksiksiz bilgi saglameyi ve hesap bilgilerinizi guncel tutmayi kabul edersiniz.

2.3 Hesap Feshi

Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabi Sil bolumunden silebilirsiniz. Bu Kosullari ihlal etmeniz, dolandiricilik faaliyetine girmeniz veya Hizmeti kotuye kullanmaniz durumunda hesabinizi askiya alabilir veya feshedebiliriz.

3. Abonelikler ve Odemeler

RoomAI, ucretsiz ve ucretli abonelik planlari ile bir seferlik kredi paketi satin alimlari sunar. Tum ucretli islemler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store uzerinden islenir.

3.1 Service Description

The Service includes the following core features: room redesign in multiple design styles, furniture placement visualization, object removal and replacement, automatic room decoration, color and atmosphere changes, and AI prompt-based design generation. All AI processing is performed through our secure backend servers.

4. AI Tarafindan Olusturulan Icerik

AI tarafindan olusturulan tasarimlarin ticari kullanimi (musteri sunumlari, pazarlama materyalleri veya gayrimenkul ilanlari gibi) yalnizca Pro ve Unlimited abonelik planlarinda izin verilir. Ucretsiz ve Starter plan kullanicilari kisisel, ticari olmayan kullanimla sinirlidir.

  • Starter ($4.99/month): 20 credits per month, all features, no watermark, 2K resolution, 5 HD upscales per day
  • Pro ($9.99/month): 50 credits per month, all features, no watermark, 4K resolution, 5 HD upscales per day, commercial use license
  • Unlimited ($19.99/month): 150 credits per month, all features, no watermark, 4K resolution, 5 HD upscales per day, priority processing, priority support

4.2.1 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription fees are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

4.2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

4.2.3 Credit Rollover

Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Credits reset to your plan's monthly allocation at each renewal. One-time credit pack purchases never expire and are not affected by subscription changes.

5. Yasakli Kullanim

Each AI design generation (redesign, furniture placement, object removal, replacement, auto decorate, color change, atmosphere change, or AI prompt mode) costs 2 credits. HD upscale costs 1 credit for non-subscribers, while subscribers receive 5 free HD upscales per day.

5.2 Teknik Kisitlamalar

If an AI generation fails due to a system error, the credits for that generation are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.

5.3 Yeniden Satis ve Dagitim

One-time credit packs are non-refundable in-app purchases. Credits from packs never expire and remain available until used, even if you cancel your subscription. Available packs: 10 credits ($2.99), 35 credits ($7.99), 100 credits ($19.99), and 300 credits ($49.99).

6. Fikri Mulkiyet

RoomAI uses artificial intelligence to generate interior design images based on your inputs. This section governs the ownership and use of AI-generated content.

6.1 RoomAI Mulkiyeti

6.4 No Guarantee of Uniqueness

Due to the nature of AI generation, similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique to your account.

7. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

This section covers the photos and other content you upload to the Service.

7.1 Hizmet "Oldugu Gibi" Saglanir

HIZMET, TICARI ELVERISLILIK, BELIRLI BIR AMACA UYGUNLUK, IHLAL ETMEME VEYA PERFORMANS SEYRINI ICEREN ANCAK BUNLARLA SINIRLI OLMAYAN, ACIK VEYA ZIMNI HERHANGI BIR TURDE GARANTI OLMAKSIZIN "OLDUGU GIBI" VE "MEVCUT OLDUGU SEKLIYLE" SAGLANMAKTADIR.

7.2 Kullanılabilirlik Garantisi Yoktur

Hizmetin kesintisiz, zamaninda, guvenli veya hatasiz olacagini garanti etmiyoruz. AI uretim sureleri degisebilir ve Hizmet bakim veya guncellemeler icin gecici olarak kullanilamayabilir.

7.3 Hasar Sinirlamasi

GECERLI YASANIN IZIN VERDIGI AZAMI OLCUDE, ROOMAI HICBIR DURUMDA, SORUMLULUK TEORISINE BAKILMAKSIZIN, HIZMETI KULLANIMINIZDAN KAYNAKLANAN VEYA BUNUNLA BAGLANTILI OLARAK, KAR, VERI, KULLANIM VEYA ITIBAR KAYBINI ICEREN ANCAK BUNLARLA SINIRLI OLMAYAN DOLAYLI, ARIZI, OZEL, SONUCSAL VEYA CEZAI ZARARLARDAN SORUMLU OLMAYACAKTIR.

8. Tazminat

RoomAI'yi ve yetkilileri, yoneticileri, calisanlarini ve temsilcilerini, asagidakilerden kaynaklanan veya herhangi bir sekilde baglantili olan her turlu talep, yukumluluk, zarar, kayip ve giderlere (makul hukuki ucretler dahil) karsi tazmin etmeyi, savunmayi ve zararsiz tutmayi kabul edersiniz:

8.1 Content Restrictions

  • Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Upload photos containing identifiable persons without their consent
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Attempt to generate content that is sexually explicit, violent, or depicts illegal activities
  • Use the Service to create deceptive or misleading real estate listings

8.2 Technical Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Attempt to bypass credit limitations, rate limits, or security measures
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Access the Service through unauthorized means or share API keys
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit offers

8.3 Resale and Redistribution

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute RoomAI as a service to third parties
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Bulk generate designs for resale without a commercial license

9. Fesih

9.1 Sizin Tarafinizdan Fesih

Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabi Sil bolumunden silerek feshedebilirsiniz. Fesih, on odenmis abonelik ucretlerinin veya kullanilmamis kredilerin geri odenmesi hakkini vermez.

9.2 Bizim Tarafimizdan Fesih

Asagidaki durumlarda Hizmete erisinizi onceden bildirim vermeksizin veya sorumluluk almaksizin derhal askiya alabilir veya feshedebiliriz:

9.3 Feshin Etkisi

Fesih uzerine, Hizmeti kullanma hakkiniz derhal sona erer. Hesap verilerinizi Gizlilik Politikamiza uygun olarak sileriz. Dogalari geregi fesihten sonra gecerli olmasi gereken hukumler, mulkiyet, sorumluluk sinirlamalari ve tazminat dahil olmak uzere yururlukte kalacaktir.

10. Uyusmazlik Cozumu

10.1 Gecerli Hukuk

Bu Kosullar, hukuk catismalari ilkelerine bakilmaksizin, RoomAI'nin faaliyet gosterdigi yargi alaninin yasalarina gore yorumlanacak ve yonetilecektir.

10.2 Gayri Resmi Cozum

Resmi uyusmazlik cozumu baslatmadan once, support@cuneytemir.com adresinden bizimle iletisime gecmeyi ve uyusmazligi en az 30 gun boyunca gayri resmi olarak cozmeye calismayi kabul edersiniz.

10.3 Tahkim

Gayri resmi olarak cozulemeyen uyusmazliklar, talepleriniz uygunsa kucuk talepler mahkemesinde ileri surebileceginiz durumlar haric, mahkeme yerine baglayici tahkim yoluyla cozulecektir. Tahkim Ingilizce olarak yapilacaktir.

11. Genel Hukumler

11.1 Anlasmanin Tamami

Bu Kosullar, Gizlilik Politikamizla birlikte, Hizmetle ilgili olarak siz ve RoomAI arasindaki anlasmanin tamamini olusturur ve onceki tum anlasma ve mutabakatlarin yerine gecer.

11.2 Bolunebilirlik

Bu Kosullarin herhangi bir hukumunun uygulanamaz veya gecersiz oldugu tespit edilirse, kalan Kosullarin tam olarak yururlukte kalmaya devam etmesi icin bu hukum gerekli asgari olcude sinirlandirilacak veya kaldirilacaktir.

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuneytemir.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at support@cuneytemir.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees or unused credits.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice to active subscribers)

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, liability limitations, and indemnification.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cuneytemir.com regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17.2 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any provision will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

17.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

17.4 Force Majeure

RoomAI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet service disruptions.
