How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > RoomAI. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions > RoomAI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data, including uploaded photos and AI-generated designs, within 30 days.
How do I request a refund?
Since all billing is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted through those platforms. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, contact Google Play support. If an AI generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded within the app.
My AI generation failed. What happened to my credits?
When an AI generation fails due to a system error, your credits are automatically refunded to your account. You should see the credits restored within a few seconds. If credits were not refunded, please contact us at support@cuneytemir.com with your design details.
